"Great staff and location for easy access to mall and close to downtown. Room was small and didnt have any closet space to put my luggage and some areas of the room needed repair( laptop stand was fragile withe only 2 bolts holding it down). Other than that it was good enough for the 2 weeks i stayed there. Staff is great and nice and friendly and always accommodated whatever i needed in timely manner( asked for extra towels which they brought up asap and the battery for the room key was out a d...

"I love the location of this property. It is in the center of the city. A bit far away from big shopping malls but transportation is convenient. Theres a 3 restaurants and a cafe. The room that I had was big with big window and just along the road but never complain any vehicle noise. Gym was a bit tiny and kinda rusty but enough. Staffs were great! Polite and accommodating. "

"Avoid room 200a it's small, needs paint, walls in bath need bleached. AC, weak. Doesn't circulate well, a ceiling fan would alleviate. Needs electrical box cover next to bed, . And put outlet, a nightstand would be welcomed. Peek in room across as w was being cleaned. It seemed much nicer. Even with those fixed, unable to fix run size, and window in room just opens to hallway. workers friendly and helpful. "

"This is an old hotel, but glad I stayed. Had a front room, stunning view from the 5th floor out into the ocean. The view is even while sitting on the bed. Note: when you come out of the hotel, go right, past the pier, to where the six giant markets are, find the seafood, we bought lobster, crab, shrimp, then walk back the opposite direction, past the hotel, keep walking till you see all the little shops cooking food, they will cook your seafood for a very small price. Ace Francis Hotel

"Disappointed. Stayed for 6 days and booked 2 rooms; both are very small, just enough for the bed/s. Though the staff are accommodating, everything had to be requested (once they even forgot to give us the complimentary water). There's no in-house phone so you need to either go down to the front desk, or use your cellphone. Once we decided to just have dinner at the hotel because we were too tired to eat out, but were told they weren't serving dinner then. Hope they improve soon. "
