I chose this hotel because of the heated pool. Check out was at 10am, yet staff knocked on the door to clean it at 9.40, a bit weird."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and maintained, well presented and welcoming. The facilities were ideal for a family getaway with an indoor heated pool allowing the kids to play hours. Furthermore, it’s a two minute drive to Sovereign Hills tourist destination. The restaurant hotel restaurant was the best meal we had in Ballarat and had a kids playground. Highly recommend. "
