"We have always enjoyed this resort. However, we had water soaked carpet in the bedroom, we assumed it from heavy rain. However we told the staff about the problem early morning. However, they never came. When we return later that evening no had come and the room had a strange smell. It so late we just closed off the bedroom and slept on couch. "
