"Had an issue with the wifi connection but after a few hours, they agreed to move us rooms. We were moved to a smoking room (we are a non smoking family) but it was for one night only and the wifi worked so I didn’t object (wifi needed for son’s school work). Loved the lights on the balcony at night!"

This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. This hotel may have been great 40 years ago but unfortunately it's one of Italy's struggling spa resorts. Hotel management agreed to refund the rest of our stay and after we left refused. "Was i the local area on business. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Food was excellent and tailores for my gluten intolerance. Minor issue with internet coverage but overcame it. Proof if the pudding is that i will use it again."
