"I liked the convenience and ease of getting around. I liked the lobby and bar area for gathering w/other. I didnt like the that my room was very dusty. I had to clean a lot of the room. Made me feel like it was not covid clean. So that was concerning. "

"The Hotel was sold out, so breakfast was very crowded and busy. One of the 3 elevators seemed not to be working making it very crowded waiting for the elevator. We waited for over 10min for an elevator to the lobby. We then decided to walk down the stairs to find that the stairs did not take you to the lobby, but to an emergency only street exit that would sound the alarm. Apparently a different staircase would take you to the lobby, but it was not clearly labeled which one would. "
