"Great location. Comfortable. Needs a bit more character. Maybe some inexpensive wall art and plants. The ones there are in pretty bad shape. Mary and Viviana, our hostesses are very kind, sweet, caring. Guided us and provided useful tips . Mary did recommend we go to a local eatery: Beer Garden where we were totally ignored to the point we walked out. Not her fault though. Lo unico fue que una de las empleadas encargadas del desayuno nos falto el respeto diciendo que para nosotros no habia desayuno y nos dejo de ultimos para servirnos el desayuno. "We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Perfect relaxing place. Cesar at the desk and Ricardo the Porter were very friendly and helpful. We took the bus 5 minutes to the park entrance and it was very easy. We also took the bus up the other way to the walk/hike to the Enchanted Pools. They organized a good and reasonably price taxi to Cartagena at the end. The beach is also a short walk and you can pay a few dollars for chairs under an umbrella and theres waves but nice to swim there. The hotel...
