Booked through Expedia and all correspondence through Expedia, replied to a message received asking for any room request- asked for a message to be left for our son in the room- this was not actioned. Also room towels and cups only set up for 2 instead of 4 and there was no mini bar in the room as offered, however this was quickly rectified by reception staff and a good will drink offered. "Very central to shops and bars. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Food was good, had the option to have eggs cooked to your request, scrambled was on the buffet Overall good value for money and would definitely stay again"

"Lovely hotel lovely grounds and surroundings. Beautiful building, very polite and professional staff who couldn't do enough for you. Excellent food, dinner and breakfast . Leisure centre is brilliant with well equipped gymn and lovely swimming pool with fantastic health suite. We had a suite room and it was furnished lovely, very spacious and very peaceful. There was not one bad point or area I could suggest an improvement with this hotel. It's fantastic."
