Not a single word of english, so be prepared to use translator intensively (not a problem of the hotel, just a recommendation). No front desk, just another room where it seems the attendant is...

"Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
