"Helpful and friendly staff! Great breakfast buffet. Location close to metro line 4, which is direct line to north train station- very convenient! Walking distance to Muslim quarter and mosque, and bell and drum towers. Easy trips out to hike Huashan, and to visit the terracotta warriors. Recommended. 😊"

"The staffs are awesome. We stayed six nights and were very well taken care of. Nothing is too troublesome for them. The concierge Xiao Wei is fantastic. Rarely see such great customer service in hotels in western country, even the five stars hotels where we tip them so much. People here serve like it is their pleasure and duty. Room was bright and modern, super clean. A touch too warm for us, visiting from cold Canada but they promptly sent us a fan when we complained. Location is superb just beside H exit of Bell Tower metro station. Lots of restaurants, shopping and easy transit. I can not recommend this place highly enough! It also make me think China has a great future if all the people are like the staffs in this hot."

"I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious and always spotless, which made for a comfortable experience. The location is incredibly strategic, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were very helpful, though the only downside was that none of them spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging. The breakfast options were plentiful and tasty, a great way to start the day. Another bonus was the free laundry room available for guests. Overall, a fantastic stay with great amenities and convenience – highly recommended!"

"Location was sightly far off the metro station but still manageable. Many food options and shopping options nearby. 1 slight complain is that the room is not entirely insulated by the horns of cars by the roadside."
