"Chelsea and Ely were professional and super amazing they dealt with our issues promptly! Carpets in rooms had horrible wet/pet or mouldy smell. The staff gave us a spray which masked the odour for a bit. The moved us but, new room still had that same smell. So we took the spray again. Hotel was very clean except for the shower. Edges and corners had mould and it would breakaway while you showered that was horrifying especially with a toddler. "

"Our mattress was broke so we were rolling towards the middle of the bed the whole three days that we were there. Maintenance tried to fix it, but he said there wasn’t another mattress in the hotel and it was just super uncomfortable. The staff were super friendly amd the hotel was clean."

"The staff was great. The free breakfast was great. The man taking care of the breakfast area was so friendly and the variety was excellent. However, the carpet in front of the elevator on the second floor was badly stained. Our room carpets were also stained. No liners in the trash cans and at times the smell of marijuana in the hall was horrible. Also the top on the toilet tank did not fit properly. The cost for two nights was a little high. "

"Breakfast was really tasty. The way the rooms are set-up is great. It's spread out and each room has its own bathroom, so there is ample privacy. The beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel does need a refresh, though. The floor in the hallway seems as if it’s pitted, it dips in areas of the hallway. Maybe there was some type of water damage that warped the wood floor underneath the carpet. It needs new carpeting in the hallway as well as in the rooms. The...
