convenient location for us but our room across the hallway from fitness center and near lobby was extremely noisy into the night. Booked many months in advance so I can't imagine it was the only room available.

Our room was located across from the entrance to the pool which was open until 10 pm. It was extremely noisy (with kids just being kids) until pool closing.

We stay here all the time on our way back from vacation. This stay was disappointing. When we checked j the front desk advised that there would be a power shut down somewhere between 10pm-6am for usually up to an hour. Well at around 10:45 the power went off and did not come on until after 7am. Having the power off of course shut off any airflow in the room, having this happen it made it very difficult to sleep, and we could hear every single noise from the room beside us. So this was way more than an hour, needless to say I did not sleep much. I would have expected that the hotel would have compensated us with something, even if it was a complimentary breakfast. Very disappointed in this hotel on this stay.

The staff was friendly. The two elevators were broken. One didn’t work at all. The other only partially worked we had to enter through the rear into the laundry room. Instead of a lavish lobby they could spend money on repairs and room upgrades.

Bad experience!
Looked like there was a leak from the room above.. It was patched and never repainted!! Every hallway smelled like marijuana.. and when we came back to our room.. it smelled as if someone was smoking marijuana IN our room!!! The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.. And I stepped on a pushpin that was on the floor!!!
