"Front desk personnel very friendly & helpful—no matter day or night. Good breakfast each morning that was included in our fee & tea each day from 4-6 pm was a nice perk. Was able to book water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel, as well as water taxi to the train station through the hotel’s concierge. Would definitely recommend the Montecarlo Hotel. Location good for shopping & restaurants. "

"Location can’t be beat for not having to roam around Venice with luggage. Rooms are okay. Clean but dated and the bed wasn’t overly comfortable but we had a good stay overall and the staff were very kind and helpful. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Messner. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a private bathroom in our room, but we were also on a floor with a shared bathroom in the hallway (right across from our room). This made for some noise late at night and some awkward meetings with semi-naked strangers in the hallway. All in all though, it’s a beautiful more quiet part of Venice. "Staff was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Wide variety of choices and we could watch the gondolas go by as we ate. Neither of our rooms had canal views, but breakfast room right on canal. Coffee machine, could make however we wanted. Wifi is extremely limited. Only works in small sitting area with 5 chairs. It did not work in rooms or breakfast area.had to be careful in shower doors did not meet up so water could spray out if not cautious. We lwft luggage bo broblem, left in lobby...
