"Lovely classic hotel. Great location opposite water bus stop. 10 mins from St Marco Square by ferry. Friendly staff both at breakfast and for drinks at the bar in the late evening. We felt sorry on the morning of Tuesday 22nd April 2025 for one of the breakfast staff as a german traveller gave her a very hard time about the selection of breads for breakfast. The selection for breakfast was great. Plenty of variety for everyone. Great staff all round."

"Overall, a decent place to stay. The issue we had were the fact that it’s extremely noisy. There is a door to the hallway that separated the main area that was kept open for some reason so we could hear all the commotion in the main hallway until 3-4am. It wasn’t quiet until I shut the door the next night and was able to get some sleep. Also, the shower was barely big enough for an adult. The water had to be shut off to lather up because your head is under the shower head no matter how you...

"Easy access and very close when you land from the airport or by train. The staff are very nice, they let us checked in early. Then on the day of check out, you can leave your bags secured in the hotel while you explore more of Venice. They can also arrange porter service , they called a guy and came for 5 euro each bag, a big help with the venice bridges .breakfast is good as well. The room is very clean and we love the high end design of the room. No smell like old or cigarettes in their room...

"Our stay was great! The staff super friendly & courteous. It’s right next to the Rialto bridge. Across from the water bus. Our room was very standard and small but bed was comfortable. Our room was right next to one of the alleys so you can hear the next door restaurant employees throwing out glass bottles. I had to put on my white noise. Other than that it does need some updates but we loved staying there. "
