"This was our 3rd motel in Brunswick Heads in 3 nights. The walls are thin, we heard every word of our neighbours conversations. Whilst this is a non-smoking motel ( signs are everywhere) there was smoking outside our room every hour or so during our stay so windows had to be closed and the smoke came into the room regardless. We reported it to the guy at reception but no action was taken. The water temperature in the shower goes from hot to cold and back again on its own, not sure if this is...

"Did not like that anyone can come to the door in the middle of the night knocking because they are drunk and want somewhere to go. Scary and off putting for a further visit to stay. "
