"Very helpful, friendly staff. Room (superior) was a really good size. A second day chair would be good! Bathroom clean and a good size. Bed comfy. There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. "Beautiful location next to river and parkland, close to town and access to spa day centre. Hotel is clean, a bit dated, and service is generally good. Problem only on check out which set us back half an hour - staff could not overcome a computer set back which may be evident that a general upgrade to hotel facilities and staff training may be required"

"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!"
