"Parking was an issue. On one night we had to park on their neighbouring property. Park lines were faded and difficult to reverse into. Otherwise the facilities in the room were very good and staff were helpful. It's an old property that probably needs a facelift but we have stayed there on various occasions over many years."

The only reason I'm not giving Encore five stars is that the gym floor never seems to get cleaned, and my 19th floor room had a few issues like a leaky Nespresso machine, broken bathroom strip light and a dead Dyson vaccum."
