"This property is in a great location. Easy 15 min walk across the pedestrian bridge to Perth CBD. The room is quite spacious and has a kitchenette with toaster fridge and kettle. Unfortunately there is construction ongoing at the property next door and the work started at 630 am every morning. We are on vacation and would prefer to have some quiet at least until 8 am. Also smoking is allowed on the balcony and our downstairs neighbours enjoyed doing that. So be aware that you may not be able to...

"Didn’t like having to step into a spa that was not working. Being older people is was very scary having to climb in with only one rail to help. No breakfast available Monday which was disappointing. "

"I loved the location - only a short walk to the Convention Center, and a nice path along the wetland park across the street. Also, liked it being a smaller hotel. The staff were helpful and the restaurant food was also yummy. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the traffic noise during the day, but that was because we had a room with a balcony on the street side."
