"Property was nice and close to the highway. Room was big and we loved the layout of the 2 bedroom suite. Room was fairly clean except drywall dust on lots of surfaces and dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher. Place is under Reno’s so a bit of a construction zone. Main complaint would be with the breakfast, we went down at 8:30 and food was cold/stale. Staff acted like we were inconveniencing them although we were told breakfast was open until 9:30. It’s all ready for 6:30 so if you like...

"The facilities were great. The room was clean, the pool was terrific for the kids, and the property had all the amenities we would need (with a nice, attached restaurant). The beds were a bit uncomfortable, though. The matresses in our room were too soft/lumpy, which made it difficult to sleep. "

"I had a nice stay. It was quiet. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Pool was nice, although the hot tub jets weren't working. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. The rooms could be cleaned better and are due for renovations. I also would have appreciated an outdoor garbage as it is a pet friendly hotel and there was no where to put the pet waste. I overall enjoyed my stay. I'd come back. "

"We stayed here for 5 days during an ice storm while we had no power each day we were waiting until around noon to decide if we would stay another night after learning whether or not our power had come on. It was a very stressful time for us and being at this hotel made things so much easier. Every one of the staff members was helpful and accommodating, the cleaning lady was wonderful, she still didn’t have power when we left on day 5 but showed up to work everyday.
