"Very comfortable. Room was clean and very quiet in the room, despite it being Christmas time. Couldn't even hear traffic outside despite being next to a main road and shopping centre. Blackout curtains were great and shopping centre was just downstairs. Staff friendly and helpful. Arriving at hotel a little awkward finding car parking within main car parkand hotel entrance but there are signs and it's very easy once you know where you're going. "

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times and rooms were great. However this time room I got was not so good. Not all lights worked, it was a very cold night outside but the heating in room was not working great and went off over night so room was uncomfortably cold. Then shower drain was not working right either ad shower door didn’t close properly and when got out shower floor was flooded and water nearly reached carpet in room. Informed staff on checking out."

"The location is great. It's right next to Glasgow Central and 5-10 minutes walk from anywhere in the center. I had hoped for an early arrival option, but i did have to wait until 3pm to check in. The room shook occasionally from either trains or vehicles gojng past. Not too bothersome though. Room was a little cramped (had to trun sideways to move betwen the desk and bed). Overall fair value for the price."

"No hotel parking but parking area wasnt too far away from hotel, perhaps hotel customer needs to walk for 3-5 minutes from hotel to the car park. "

"Staff friendly, nice and clean, good breakfast. 3pm check in, 11am check out. Breakfast 7-10am. Was fairly quiet. Small comfortable room, had everything we need, hairdryer, iron board, iron, kettle, tea, coffee. "

"Well appointed hotel close to shopping streets and restaurants. Big single bed. Mattress was a bit noisy/ creamy. Breakfast was good. Nice coffee. Staff efficient and helpful. Very good value for money."
