"I was in Sofia for pleasure and very much enjoyed my stay. The hotel is conveniently located and it is clear they spent a lot of money completely rebuilding it. The photos on the walls of the property before show this. Quite incredible. All was very good. My only constructive feedback would be that there were no instructions in English how to use the safe. It turned out I needed a key that should’ve been given to me when I checked in. I also think if you’re there 4 nights as I was that the coffee and water should be replenished. "

"What an absolute pleasure it was to stay at 5 Vintage Guest House. From the warm reception and orientation tour to the charming decor. This place makes you feel at home. The helpfulness of each and every staff member I encountered was outstanding. The quaint atmosphere, especially the shared communal kitchen with complimentary snacks and coffee and tea makes you feel like your coming home to grandmas house. I can’t praise the cleanliness of the entire establishment especially the rooms enough. The location is absolutely perfect within walking distance of stores, restaurants and the Christmas market. The main walking boulevard is one minute away yet the guest house is on a quiet side street. Thank you to all staff for an absolutely amazing stay. Other establishments should learn from you!"

"Stayed with my husband and kids for 2 nights. Not sure what other reviews were talking about as this hotel was fresh, clean, and cute. Perhaps soom rooms are not renovated? Located next to the famous market. Parking down the street. Water xnd tea available in the lobby. Fun decor. No issues though the code based locks were kinda annoying "
