"The food was excellent but do not recommend staying at the hotel. The showers and bathroom mirrors are only adequate for people under 4ft tall. The rooms need remodeling bad to accommodate people. Also, they are serious about locking you in the hotel and parking area at night which caused an issue during our stay of someone setting off alarms and honking in the middle of the night when arriving late."

The breakfast was a complete joke, the service was appalling and I was woken up at 11:30pm by two members of staff demanding I settle my bill the night before I was due to leave. I’ve been staying in the hotel for years as I do a track day at Folembray every July, however I’ll never be staying there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it. "Beautiful old house with lovely large rooms and a large walled parking area. Excellent onsite small restaurant so book in advance. Owner has a beautiful wine selection as well. Too cold to use the pool but we loved walking along the river that runs in front of the house. Very close to good champagne houses and an 20 minute drive to larger walking villages and beautiful dining options. The owners/managers were very kind and helpful for touring suggestions. "
