"Had a lovely stay in a superior room. Every thing was very clean, in the room and the hotel bar/lounge. The room it's self was huge, we had a jacuzzi bath and a four poster bed. The bed was lovely and comfortable. All the staff were very attentive and chatty. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to give this hotel a go. The rooms are exceptional value compared to others in the area of the same price."

"Hotel room was perfect for a family very comfy beds and pillows, shower was a delight felt like i was getting a massage. Swimming pool was nice but changing rooms and toilets needed cleaning very dirty and run down. Food was very dissapointing and restaurant washy even open on the Tuesday night so had to find somewhere to eat. Breakfast was poor 13.95 for a full english and left a lot to desire for portion size and taste. Had some cheesy chips for lunch that were undercooked and tasteless....

"Stayed 3 nights. Fast check in. The two men there were lovely. Greeted us each time. It was in a great location. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants. The hotel itself is old but comfy. Room was clean for the most part. Found an old beer can behind the table when looking for a plug. Enjoyed the breakfast. Overall it was a good stay."

"My colleagues who stayed there were appalled at the state of this place . The room was filthy and look at the state of the shower screen - covered in Algae . The pictures on Hotels.com look good but probably taken about 10 years ago when the place was last cleaned . The boys were given another room but it was just as bad so they checked out without staying there at all. "

"We stayed here for a weekend to explore Norwich and surrounding area. The price was good and it was interesting to stay in the Broads. The staff were very helpful and welcoming and the breakfast was good."

"We really enjoyed our stay, stumbled across the place whilst searching for a local area to stay. Rooms were beautiful, shower was amazing, food delicious, good selection of drinks. Breakfast was cooked to our liking. The only downside was not enough plug sockets in the room to charge phones/tablets etc but this was a minor thing. We loved the place and are looking to go again.
