"Beautiful property and fabulous staff! "

"The bedroom was nice and clean with AC and a little tv. The bed a very firm queen mattress placed low to the floor. The bathroom was very small with 2 toilets, a sink with a mirror, and a tall/narrow shower. The used towels and the used toilet paper is restocked daily. They do not speak a word of English. The bedding was not replaced once while staying there for 9 days. The door locks were very difficult to use."

"Ten minutes walking distance of Archaeological park connected to Via Appia (Appia Antica) if you are into Roman history. "

"It is in a convenient location, but there were some areas that didn’t meet expectations during our stay. It’s a place with potential, though certain aspects could benefit from improvement."

"Ive stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The staff are all very kind and speak English. The hotel is basically on the beach/marina. Very nice little town. The train station is 3 minute walk and the train to Rome is only 4 Euro. This little town has few tourist so its not very busy. It is about a 1/2 mile to the Sicilian American WWIi cemetary, very nice part of history. "

"Excellent property great comfortable rooms Close to airport about 5km from Ciampino town where train station is, Rome 15 minutes away £1.30 a ticket A very peaceful tranquil place People there very kind & helpful Lady there delivered to my room complementary wine with crisps & peanuts which I had on their beautiful terrace which has a magnificent view They ran me into to town & back Then into town the following day in their shuttle very reasonable price Great place great people"
