Beautiful and spacious property in Genzano di Roma, near Rome 20 minutes by train !!! 160 m2 for the exclusive use of guests. Villa Sara is located in the center of a huge and luxuriant park of 3000 square meters with large trees and plants and is located on a hill that boasts a breathtaking view of the Castelli Romani, where tranquillity, peace and nature reign supreme. The hand, the great attention to cleanliness, taste and wisdom pervade every room of the house, crossing the true tradition of living well. The villa, on two floors, can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus a child) and consists of a large living room, a super-equipped eat-in kitchen, an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a utility room. Upstairs, a delightful and bright living room with a double bed, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa is intended for the exclusive use of guests who book, without anyone else.
The finishes are luxurious, studied in detail and made with quality materials. The villa is very comfortable and complete with all ancillary services and all the comforts and is fully air-conditioned. In front of the property a characteristic and beautiful outbuilding (open space) defined by the kind guests as "SUPER", a wonderful real home that offers the opportunity to enjoy excellent aperitifs, have lunch and dinner quietly, spending days in total relaxation as it is equipped with everything. The exclusive swimming pool offers moments of fun and relaxation and is equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs. We can only wish you .... have fun! Complete supply of sheets, towels, beach towels, tablecloths and kitchen towels, high chairs and cots. On request it is possible to take advantage of daily cleaning and restaurant service.

Up to 6 guests will have the Villa at their disposal on the ground floor. Guests who wish to use the upper floor for their convenience or for any other reason, even if there are 6 of them, will have to add a supplement of € 100.00 per day and will have the entire apartment on the upper floor at their disposal.
The Villa is never shared with other guests. The guest who books has the entire property available for HIS EXCLUSIVE USE, both in 2 and in 10.

Beautiful vacation
We took a European cruise and after returning to Rome stayed in a Villa outside the city, it was hands down the best rental we ever stayed in, The hosts were 5 star, they provided authentic Italian breakfast and some dinners for us and were the nicest people we ever met, if in Rome a must stay!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!

Family Holiday to visit Rome
The property is fantastic and provides a great place to relax by the pool and enjoy the poolside summer house and kitchen. Everything we needed was there and it was spotlessly clean. Sara and her family were very welcoming and available for any assistance. Rome is easily accessible by train with the station only a 15 minute drive from the villa and plenty of free parking. This was the perfect location for visits to Rome and to have a quiet and relaxed out of town base. We would definitely recommend it!

Better than you can imagine!
The property and hosts exceeded all expectations. The warmth and hospitality of the hosts as well as the comfort of the property allowed us to enjoy Italy in a way that would have been impossible without staying there. Of all of the properties we have stayed worldwide this was the best without a doubt. We look forward to being able to return with our family.

Wow! Che bellissima casa!!
We were blown away with the beauty of this property! It was so peaceful, and quiet, and very clean. It had everything we needed and then some. Tucked away in the countryside. Our hosts were the absolutely sweetest! So kind and generous, I felt like family immeadiately after we arrived. It was also very accommodating for our young children. We loved it so much, we want to go back to this exact location and the same hosts. So much space and outdoor area to stretch all of our legs! The in-ground pool was perfect along with the stunning outdoor kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Grazie mille!

Amazing property, incredible host
The countryside location was beautiful and made for a super relaxing holiday, also with easy access to Rome. The house and grounds are spacious and beautifully kept and the pool was lovely and refreshing. We had everything we could possibly need in the fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens. Sara is incredibly kind, generous and accommodating. She was always available to answer questions and help in any way. We especially enjoyed her dining and winery recommendations. 2 weeks was not enough, we didn’t want to leave. We highly recommend staying here. Thank you Sara you and your family are super hosts ❤️

Amazing private relaxing home
Everything about our stay was superb. The house was spacious and beautiful. Sara was absolutely amazing providing us with amazing cities to visit close to the rental. Anyone looking for a relaxing beautiful space to stay in Italy should definitely try this property. A car rental is recommended for the experience to visit surrounding villages and to get to the train station that is short commute to major cities. I can not thank our hosts more for an incredibly experience.

A very relaxing comfortable place to stay
It’s a perfect holiday villa, lots of space inside and out, a fantastic outdoor kitchen, dining area, excellent pool and it is needed for a relaxing holiday. Sarah and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts. Genzano is a lovely town, with great places to eat and a friendly happy atmosphere. The Infiorata was a real bonus. Easy to get to Rome by train and seaside towns as well. We loved it. Great Location !!!!
The Villa is ideally situated to explore the wonderful countryside of Castelli Romani. There is everything you need and even more. We had a beautiful holiday in Villa Sara. The property was very spacious, clean, well maintained and very, very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the Villa because the atmosphere is fantastic and you never want to leave. Friendly and helpful owners. A paradise ....... we hope to return next year for a summer holiday!!

A lovely property but a little difficult to find. Everything about the property itself was a real home-from-home but better! Sarah was so helpful; she went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When we received a parking ticket despite having displayed a UK blue badge, she obtained a cancellation from the police for us! In the summer this must be a wonderful place to stay for all ages. It was great to have bathrooms for each bedroom with what seemed like unlimited hot water. In April, the heating was most welcome. We would recommend this property whole-heartedly.

A warm welcone
We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks. We were welcomed by Sara who gave us a quick tour of the property, shared a lovely welcome basket of local foods (including their own family produced olive oil which was amazing) and shared links for local restaurants and areas of interest. The villa and grounds were immaculate with everything you could possibly need provided including towels, shampoo, shower gel, washing powder etc. As other reviewers have said, you need a car, but the location is central for lots of sightseeing areas (nemi, sermoneta and Rome being our favourites). Sara"s dad sent the family a bowl of home cooked pasta on the Sunday. It was delicious! Overall, I would strongly recommend the villa. It was very comfortable and well equipped with warm and attentive host who gave you total privacy!

Thank you for a wonderful holiday
We are a family of six, three generations, who had a wonderful week staying at the beautiful Villa Sara. The photographs do not do the villa justice, it is fantastic, there is so much room, it is very clean and had all the amenities we needed plus lots of extras. We were all very comfortable here and it felt like a real home from home. We really enjoyed spending days in the pretty garden by the lovely pool. Having the outside kitchen was a real bonus too. The views of the surrounding countryside are just beautiful. It was easy to take the train into Rome and the little village of Nemi was stunning. Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara are very friendly, always available for help and advice. Their new restaurant is only a 5 minute drive away, we loved eating there, the food and surroundings are fabulous and we were made to feel like old family friends. Great place to stay
We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in July. The best Holiday in Italy ever. The villa is great, sparkling clean, equiped with every thing and more we needed. The property had a private gate and a very large, beautiful garden. You can relax in the sun by the pool side, in the shadow of the trees or in the very nice outdoor house with kitchen and bathroom. Fabrizio, Rosella and Sara have thougt about everything to make you feel at home. Fabrizio is a great cook and makes the best pizza, spaghetti and other Italian dishes. They are very helpfull with every thing you might need. By train Rome is 20 minutes away, and the local villages are great to walk around. Supermarket is close by. The villa is super with A-C. The bedrooms are nice, all the bathrooms are clean. The kitchen inside and in the garden are great to prepare a meal. We would like to thank Rosella, Fabrizio and Sara for their kidness and generosity. They made our stay extra special. We would highly recommd this villa!

Amazing Home!
Can’t say enough about this oasis of a property and the property owners! Sara was super responsive and a joy to get to know while we stayed here. The home is very clean and well-maintained- very comfortable. We rented the main house which the upper level apartment for a very reasonable cost. If the whole home is rented, 8 people can stay here very comfortably. Close to grocery stores and train stations too. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a very comfotrable house, with a terrific pool area and poolhouse. All what you need in terms of equipment is there. Good working Airco, important since it was 37 degrees when we visited. Nice table tennis table too. Sara and her Father Fabrizio (and his lovely wife) are super hosts, who will help you getting into the best restaurants and have good advise about nice places to visit in the area. React on the spot when you might have requests. Fabrizio hosts a great Carbonara. Our favourit trip: Nemi( 15 minutes drive). All in all would highly recommend.

Heel fijne vakantie zonder zorgen, alles is zeer goed onderhouden. Er zijn voldoende voorzieningen (wasmachine, afwasmachines ed ..) met een huurwagen ben je in 17min aan het treinstation, ideaal! Rome is prachtig, maar de omliggende dorpen zijn ook zeker de moeite waard te bezoeken. Jammer is dat de bermen vol vuilnis liggen.

Wir waren dort mit 5 Erwachsenen Personen für 10 Tage. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb eines Vorortes von Rom, sehr idyllisch. Es sind in der Umgebung 2 Bahnhöfe, mit den man in kurzer Zeit in Rom ist. Man kann nicht nur die Gegend erkunden sondern es gibt auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wichtig ist die Famile Bianchi welche sich um alles kümmern und jede Frage beantworten. Es hat uns an wirklich nichts gefehlt. Einfach super und das Geld wert.

Ottima esperienza! Villa stupenda! Vi abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana in grande relax e comodi
La villa dispone di tutto quello che può servire e abbiamo potuto goderci la vacanza fin dal primo giorno senza doverci preoccupare di nulla, dal detersivo per i piatti a quello per il bucato, dalle stoviglie alla biancheria. La villa è rifinita impeccabilmente, arredata con grande gusto e cura nei dettagli. Il giardino, la piscina e l'accogliente struttura esterna per poter mangiare all'aperto più che comodamente completano il quadro per un soggiorno in pieno rrelax, privacy e tranquillità. Un piccolo paradiso. Nei dintorni non mancano ottimi ristoranti dove si mangia davvero benissimo! I paesini vicini sono gioielli da visitare e per chi vuole visitare la capitale, oltre a poterci andare in auto si può prendere un comodo e frequente treno da una stazione a pochi chilometri dalla villa che in 23 minuti porta alla stazione Termini di Roma. La villa è ampia e spaziosa, il piano di sopra può essere incluso se lo si desidera o se si è più di 6 persone ma in ogni caso l'intera villa e il giardino sono ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti. Una menzione a parte meritano i proprietari della villa, perfetti sotto ogni punto di vista. Molto discreti ma immensamente disponibili e generosi e molto attenti nell'assicurarsi che gli ospiti trascorrano una splendida vacanza secondo le loro esigenze. Siamo rimasti molto colpiti dalla bellezza della villa certamente ma soprattutto dalla grande cortesia dei proprietari che con grane discrezione si sono presi cura di noi.

Urlaub bei Sara
Unser Urlaub, war nahezu Perfekt. Bis auf zwei drei Kleinigkeiten. z.B der Balken der Schaukel war kurz vor dem Durchbrechen. Ein Stromkabel im Wohnzimmer ragte aus der Wand, ist ein no go mit Kindern. Ansonsten war alles Reibungslos und toll. Wir würden wieder hin fahren.

La Dolce Vita à deux pas de Rome
Nous avons passé 2 semaines magnifiques dans la Villa Sara. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Sara et ses parents qui ont été tous les trois très disponibles tout au long de notre séjour. La maison et en particulier les chambres, les salles de bain, la cuisine, sont très bien entretenus et bien équipées. Beaucoup de petites attentions comme un grand panier garni à notre arrivée, des gels douche, shampoing et savon liquide dans chaque salle de bain et des brosses à wc neuves (dans leur emballage). Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très agréable. Il y a des bains de soleil et transats pour 8 personnes ainsi qu’une cuisine d’été équipée d’une douche et wc, ce qui est très appréciable. Nous sommes allés visiter la région et Rome qui se trouve à 1/2 heure en train (très pratique et pas cher). Des bonnes adresses de restaurants à proximité nous ont été données par Sara. Encore un très grand merci à la famille Bianchi pour ces merveilleuses vacances, sans oublier les succulentes pâtes cuisinées pour nous par Fabrizio ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

abbiamo soggiornato in 6,e abbiamo passato 8 giorni meravigliosi, in questa splendida casa super accessoriata di qualsiasi cosa possa servire,pulitissima e comodissima,spazi interni molto belli e divisi molto bene,esterno molto ben curato e veramente molto bello,con la casetta vicina alla piscina di una comodita unica,Rossella e Fabrizio,simpatici e affabili.Esperienza super consigliata,superiore alle aspettative
