"Genuinely, was shocked at the bad reviews for this place. Hotel Artis was the BEST experience in Rome. SUPER short walk to the Metro Station which can get you to anywhere in Rome in minutes, great staff (who speak at least two languages), great coffee, spritzes and more. Hotel Artis is the SPOT!"

Bathroom full stocked with towels and toiletries. The only suggestion I have is to add a mattress topper. Mattress was a bit hard. "

"Very clean, very inviting reception area. Friendly staff, most of them. Rooms are spacious, maid service everyday. Points to mention rooms very warm. Good choice for breakfast although eggs and bacon not warm when kept in the warmers. Toaster not very good had to put bread through toaster 3/4 times. Only one restaurant close to hotel which you have to book as busy, but plenty in area if you are keen to walk or have a car for people who have children. Metro 10 mins down the road to hotel,...
