"good location in the old city, so close to Grossmunster, Kunsthaus Musuem and many restaurants and shops. The main train station is a few minutes' walk away. The room we had was a bit cramped but we had a lot of luggage. Also, as an older hotel, have to expect some limits on space. The front door of the hotel is up a narrow street which taxis or Uber may not be able to access easily, so we had to move our bags up a cobblestone street.
