Shopping in delicious dinning were walking distance as well as the Sancucci park and castles. Public transportation was at the corner. The room was non smoking. The bed was comfortable. Daily breakfast was optional we chose to eat at the local restaurants. Desk staff was always so helpful a cordial. Shower water...

"Really handy for the Potsdam railway station Nice room with comfy beds and very clean. Breakfast plentiful with good range of produce for an extra €10 per day. Service at the bar variable dependent on who was on. "

"There's a car ferry service next to the hotel running early to quite late which can be a bit noisy. Not the ferry, but the cars & people embarking, disembarking & queuing."

"I was disappointed that the air conditioning wasn’t working and spent my stay sweating instead of relaxing. It is not fair for the amount of money I paid to not have AC in a super hot room. House keeping didn’t even change the towels or gave shampoo or soap. They went in fixed the bed and left "
