"Large room, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff and good breakfast. Appropriate changes made to service due to covid, however these did not negatively affect the experience. Great location "

"We had a very good experience even though it was just for sleeping. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast for two days, it was great (no bacon and eggs). Very clean and everything new, jungle theme. The only thing that we didn’t like was the no facility of tea/coffee/kettle in the room. Bar/coffee at the reception area. Thank you very much."

"This was the first stop on our trip thru Spain, embarking from Bilbao. Four sixty year olds looking for peace and quiet. We had driven through awesome mountain scenery and arrived at the hotel to be greeted by George (can't spell the Spanish version) who gave us a history of the area. "Took a bit of finding, directions could be more specific. Fairly obscure turn off main Rd. However once found, easy peasy. Staff really friendly and so helpfull. Would certainly stat there again. In fact we have spoken about a return visit."
