The scenery from the beach with the islands and the surrounding mountains are spectacular. "The hotel is by the beach, which is why we booked it. The beach itself is not swimmable but that was expected. The problem is that nothing was well maintained. The pool bed were very dirty and couldn’t be used. We used the pool and couldn’t lay down as the mattresses were very dirty. It’s a pity as the hotel has potential. It just needs a lot better maintenance."

"This is a really lovely place to stay. The bungalow was excellent, as was the pool. The lady on reception, On, was so helpful - she even took us to the van station when we left. We would definitely recommend the hotel. It is a 30 minute walk to the main town beach area, so we hired bicycles, scooters would have been even more use for exploring. Ao Manao beach is fabulous."

"Room was clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Hot water did not work in my room, so i was allowed to use another room. We were able to rent scooters from a near by business and go to many places. Good for someone traveling on a small budget. "
