"Overall the hotel is good. It looks a lot more luxurious in the pictures than it actually is. It is slightly neglected. The carpet in the corridors and in the rooms needs washing. The bed was comfortable, the room quiet. Breakfast is vegetarian, but you can also ask for ham or sausages. They welcomed us with a free drink. The staff is great. Kind and helpful. "Great place to stay. English is widely spoken which is a plus. Hotel location very convenient to local buses and trams. Also very easy to walk to museums and cafes. The hotel restaurant had tasty food and staff was very accommodating. We had connecting rooms which worked well for us and our preteen/teen. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. Balint at the restaurant was especially helpful and gracious. We plan on returning to Vienna and will certainly consider staying here again. "

"The suite we stayed in was fantastic. We were there for New Year's Eve and had the best balcony and view of the festivities. It was all a VIBE! Big room and the best location close to resturants, stores and public transportation. The staff was kind and professional and we even received two free bottles of wine to bring in the New Year! Thank you for a great stay,"
