"The food was outstanding. We are in the bar area and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choice. The evening entertainment was brilliant. The shower was terrible. We only stayed one night as we were attending a funeral so only used it once and we were in a hurry. At checkout, I mentioned that the shower needed attention as the water was barely flowing and that it was either scalding hot or ice cold. My cousin had ended up washing her hair in the sink. The...

"The strength of this hotel is the lovely staff, from the reception to the breakfast staff they were all friendly, helpful and professional. Our rooms were also clean and breakfast well cooked. "

Rooms were great.Beautiful surroundings.Only down side was that we arrived at 1pm, check in was 3pm.Had planned to go to The White Hart Inn, for lunch and drinks,only to arrive there and be told, due to winter staffing, they were not opening until 5pm. I suggested that maybe having a sign on the road advertising that they were open from 8am, should be removed/ amended."
