"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "

"They had great customer service and Maria at the restaurant was amazing. Also, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday and left him a nice birthday card with a Prosecco bottle. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage’s upstairs. Parking was a bit hard to find since we arrived late at night when everything was closed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"1. Very nice and helpful staff at the reception. Employees at the restaurant cannot really communicate or answer questions unfortunately (other than the lovely woman in breakfast) 2. Very nice, large, clean, comfortable rooms 3. Food was mostly good, large choice of salads and vegetables 4. The pool is nice BUT slippery and dangerous. It will end badly if not taken care of 5. No outside area for kids at all, and the indoor room is not nice at all 6. Area is beautiful, just in front of the cable...

"it's a very quaint antique like hotel, every piece of furniture has history. the room is comfortable and has wonderful view look out to the nearby garden. the cow bells sound in the morning is very soothing. it really brings me back to 1900s. the breakfast is delicious. it's a wonderful experience to stay here comparing to a more modern hotel that doesn't have much characters. "

"Alrhough it wasn’t in the center of Salzburg, I think we made the right choice to stay here! It was so lovely! The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "A pretty hotel and pretty area. No elevator so carrying bags up is quite difficult, also only a few car parks, not enough for everyone. Breakfast was great and location perfect "
