"The apartment wasn't clean. I checked in after midnight and there was water all over the bathroom which wasnt mopped and shoesprints all over the apartment. Next day I asked the reception either to clean the room or to change. They have just mopped the bathroom and the room. During my stay I found ants in the room and a cockroach in the bathroom. It is a shame for such apartments to be hosted in websites for booking and I am really disappointed with Expedia for not having checked or ask for...

"I was only given 1 key and electronic in the room does not operate while I’m out due to not putting the key in the slot. I had to request twice just to get fresh towels which should’ve been offered during my 5 days stay. Bed was making a lot of noise and I could literally hear my next door coughing. Staffs are friendly. Especially Kevin and Andy made sure I was happy until the day I checked out and they came out and waited for my taxi to arrive. Overall happy but things could be improved little."
