"stay was very comfortable, we were welcomed by will, who was very nice, in the evening we enjoyed complimentary cocktails, and board games. even had a photo booth. breakfast was amazing, lots of options, even had a waffle station and many hot drink options. with syrups and marshmallows. very nice stay, will definitely come back when we come to bristol! room was spacious and nice for price! "Had a wonderful 5 night stay, location is perfect. It's walkable to the bus station, train station, cathedral is across the road and shops at your doorstep! It was quiet at night considering there are a few restaurants in the area. The room was basic but had everything you needed. It was the perfect size, clean, very comfy bed and hot shower. Wifi was excellent. Room was serviced each day and again very clean. I didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. I'd definitely stay again and...

"Overall a good stay in a really nice hotel which has adapted a classic georgian building and it’s features to make a lovely hotel. One minor issue. We stayed in one of the rooms in the vaults which are situated under the street this meant when deliveries started early the next morning, we had a wake up call that wasn’t completely expected. "

"We had a great trip. The hotel room for 5 was extremely spacious and it was so nice to stay right next door to the caves. We absolutely loved the caves. They were so big and the guided tour was great. The crazy golf was also great. Wells is only a 7 min drive and it is definitely a must. All in all a great stay with great value"
