"First night was interrupted by next door neighbour blasting music. Staff dealt with it effectively once we let them know. Wall between the rooms are not sound proof. "The grounds and pool at this hotel were stunning! Proximity to San Ignacio and all activities perfect! The room was lovely and spacious with a beautiful outdoor shower. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the head chef was so kind and thoughtful. My son and I got a stomach flu one day and she made us a an amazing ginger tea. The only downfall at this resort was the low water pressure and lack of hot water. You only get about 5 minutes before the hot water runs out. "

"Welcome to the Garden of Eden! This jungle lodge felt so lush and the grounds were absolutely relaxing and peaceful. Definitely an oasis. The shared patios, decks, and pool area were a highlight with gorgeous surroundings, bird sounds, and hammocks galore. Cesar was amazing in helping me book tours weeks before our trip, and coordinating shuttles, airport transfers, taxis, and pretty much everything we could have desired--our own travel agent with such quick response times!
