"Comfortable. The hotel is in the mountains where there are trees, dirt, and on our visit snow. Don’t expect it to be spot-free. Wilderness will find its way in. That said, our room was well appointed and a good place to stay. I would return. "

"The room is very spacious with lots of light. Very comfortable bed. Love the fireplace and the ceiling fan. Nice TV. Shower got hot quick. Overall really happy with my 1 night stay. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Really enjoyed the accommodations, we didn't utilize the fireplace, however we probably should have but the two heaters didn't seem to be sufficient for the cold evenings. Overall it was really spacious and exceptionally clean. Definitely would go back to visit again."

"There were 3 areas with fire pits and chairs. The fire pits were turned on every evening, and anyone could go out and sit and enjoy the fire. There were beautiful views of a finger of Big Bear Lake and a dock. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would say could be improved is that there was a coffee maker, but the plug wasn't long enough to plug it in anywhere. "Guuuuys dont let the store front fool you. It's cozy Casual and chill So Much ambiance. We only used it to sleep wish we we stayed for the comfort. Can fit a few people but it was just 2 for us. We met friends and craved the "cabin" feel. It could be more updated but... To each their own. Price was right. They were amazing and they met all my expectations. Super personable and texted when needed! Please stay here and make it known it's super low key chill. "

"This Inn/hotel is right next to big bear mountain. We arrived super late like 3am due to driving from San Diego. The on call supervisor was there and super nice and gave us a later check out time because we arrived way past check in. The room was nice, large area for bed and the bathroom was standard. They had adequate parking around the inn/hotel. I would definitely be booking again for a big bear trip."

"My husband and I wanted a midweek getaway and were happy to find a reservation. We were welcomed by Johann at the front door and shown to our room. We loved it!!! The accommodations were wonderful with access to town and both mountains for skiing. We will definitely be back again."
