"On arrival at the hotel, we were very happy with our choice. Our suitcase had not turned up at the airport, we informed reception and it was there waiting for us the next morning. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. Or room was perfect, bathroom amazing. Breakfast - really good choice. Room only cleaned if you left the note on the door. we forgot one morning and room wasn't cleaned. but not a problem. Restoration story also amazing."

"Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Property is quite safe. Beautiful historic interior. Convenient location, just 15 min walk from the main station. Delicious and wholesome buffet breakfast. Clean and tidy. 10/10 for the service. But as my room was on the roadside, sometimes can be bit noisg if windows are kept open. Otherwise the location is also very good. Public transport accessible and close to all the tourist spots. Nevertheless the place is a 100❤️"

"Nice clean spacious room. Included fridge, kettle. Great location less than 10 minutes walk to the old town square. Near to the railway station. Some great bars/restaurants within the arches of the railway bridge just at the end of the road. Convenience store next door. Reception not staffed after 6pm so need a key code to get in. Same code to access your room. Only negative was the room was too hot due to underfloor heating. Didn't seem to be a way of turning it down. Had to open a window which...
