"The hotel is conveniently located just outside of Wroclaw along one of the main roads. On arrival, it gave an impression that it was very quiet because the reception area was very dim. In fact, the hotel was full because of a wedding party being held there that day. The receptionist was not clear if we had paid in advance or need to pay at the property. This issues repeated again at checkout. The air conditioning was not working in the room. The decor looked dated. The bed mattresses need...

"Very comfy mattresses, clean room, staff brought extra pillows as soon as asked, they were helpful in recommendations for places to eat. Lovely hotrl, would highly recommend"

"Nice clean hotel with refurbished rooms. Coffee and water provided in the room. However desk service was slow and they gave me wrong room. I paid for double bed but received two small beds in twin room. I arrived at midnight very tired so I didn't go down to reception to change the room."

"Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Property is quite safe. Beautiful historic interior. Convenient location, just 15 min walk from the main station. Delicious and wholesome buffet breakfast. Clean and tidy. 10/10 for the service. But as my room was on the roadside, sometimes can be bit noisg if windows are kept open. Otherwise the location is also very good. Public transport accessible and close to all the tourist spots. Nevertheless the place is a 100❤️"

"On arrival at the hotel, we were very happy with our choice. Our suitcase had not turned up at the airport, we informed reception and it was there waiting for us the next morning. The reception staff were always very helpful and friendly. Or room was perfect, bathroom amazing. Breakfast - really good choice. Room only cleaned if you left the note on the door. we forgot one morning and room wasn't cleaned. but not a problem. Restoration story also amazing."

"It's a modest little hotel to suit a modest budget. It's close to a major tram and bus line - so you can be in the Old City in minutes. The breakfast is AMAZING. The staff is wonderful and courteous - and, most importantly, multi-lingual"
