"The lady at the reception provided great hospitality. She was so friendly and gave us a lot handy travelling tips around the area. I wouldnt have rated this hotel as high if it was not because of her. Hotel room is a bit dark and worn out but acceptable in general."

"We stayed for 3 nights and wish we stayed longer! There were so much to do around the region, some within walkable distance for example a nearby winery. Accommodation is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. Mariella was lovely and truly a Six Star host who went above and beyond to help us sort out a rental car issue. Definitely recommend"

E' stata molto maleducata ed offensiva senza motivo, visto che era stata una scelta mettere in vendita le camere su Hotels.com. Per fortuna, il tour operator ci ha riprotetti presso l'hotel Laghe&Monferrato dove ci siamo trovati benissimo"
