They are clean (as clean as they can be with the decades of no maintenance). Rooms need a serious upgrade. But it is cheap and the parking is plenty. 15 min walk to the beach. "

"Positives: -great, large pool -not far from the beach and centro storico -great, cold AC -big showers and big bathrooms -great rooms with views Negatives: -pool chairs are uncomfortable and needed a cushion -check in. "Nice, well equiped, kind staff, excelent brakfast,clean, fantastic viev.Bathroom had a lot od places where you couf put, hang your things, and towels were so soft...but shower was very small. I should say.. if a guy iz XXL he would have some problems to close the doors, otherwise it was overall a nice place."
