"This room has a nice view of the ocean. It was really small for my husband, myself, and our baby. This would have been better pre-baby. The bathroom was rather inconvenient because a shelf was literally RIGHT above the already tiny sink. Room felt clean enough but the walls looked kind of dirty? I don’t know. "Every neighbor we had was extremely disrespectful, the wifi was horrible. My husband is in the military so he’s trained to fight in a situation our neighbors thought it would be funny to scare us and he could’ve hurt that little girl. The communication was horrible not sure if we even checked in very noisy and disrespectful will never stay at that property again."

"Upon check in we were treated warmly by Meo. She showed us around the facilities and the view in the balcony was absolutely breath-taking. She also arranged for us to have a BBQ dinner on the 3rd evening. Akihiro helped serve the dinner and set up the BBQ for us. We absolutely loved it! "

The breakfast is not good, very limited items and not tasty. Staff keeps on persude us to eat in the hotel's restaurant, very expensive dinner 40,000 yen per person. Overall not recommend this hotel."
