"We thought this was good hotel to use as a base on our recent trip to Verona, Venice and Lake Garda. It was a 20 mins pleasant walk to the main train station (Porta Nuova) and less than 10mins to the Arena/main areas of Verona. The hotel and rooms were very clean with maid service every day. All staff we encountered were exceptionally pleasant and reception staff informative. Buffett breakfast had lots of tasty options at a reasonable price featuring freshly brewed cappuccino and other made to order drinks. Hotel is within easy walking distance of train station and old town. Several excellent restaurants just steps from the front of the hotel. Great value for the money in Verona."
