"The room was small and there was noise from the street during the night (which one could, eventually get used to). The staff were excellent and this is one of the few hotels where I've stayed where (including 4 stars!), if anything was wrong they would sort it almost immediately. Continental breakfast was quite reasonable.It is so central that you can forgive the little sins (just about). "

"The hotel was acceptable and the staff were helpful and professional. The hallways are a little confusing due to the layout of the hotel. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, close to dining, cafes, and transportation. Just a few minutes from Milan Central."

"Really liked this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The subway was just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to reach the city center in 15-20 minutes ride. Friendly staff and great room views made the stay even better. Highly recommended!"

"The property eas very unique inside. I liked that it was gated and safe. It was an easy walk to the train station. I loved that they had free water avialable in the lobby in cartons in the refridgerator. The room was decorated bright and clean."

"Staff very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room, bathroom and bed very clean. Breakfast very good, setting you up for a days touring. Pleasant walk through the streets from hotel to the old town. Bergamo a hidden gem and will definitely revisit. "

"The hotel has some of the friendliest workers. When I checked in, the front desk staff took my luggage to my room in the upstairs annex, even though it didn't have an elevator. They had a minibar close to the front desk, and were very keen to sell me the sparkling water "frissante". Breakfast was in a room in the main building. It had a good selection of items. "
