"Always a pleasure staying here. The hotel is conveniently located by the Daan Park MRT station. It's also very quiet which is nice if you are trying to get some rest as well. The staff is professional and helpful. They also have an afternoon tea in the basement with a lot of snack options if you happen to be around during tea time."

"Clean, nice location. My only complain is the check in agent overcharged me by NT $1000. He apparently did calculate by using a calculator in deducting the deposit paid incorrectly for the first day of my reservation that I booked directly from their website. I did not notice after I reviewed my confirmation email and have disputed the overcharge through the credit card company. Good thing that I did not use my debit card."
