"Spacious, accessible to local dining, local shops, fresh produce market (for tea, seasonal fruits etc). Love the Peking duck at 盛福年 (a stone throw away from Base) great service, good food at reasonable prices. So much so that we went thrice!!!"

"Location can not be beat! It was so convenient to Wangfujing, the subway, restaurants, and big tourist sites were less than two miles away so still walkable. I will say the hotel doesn’t cater to western tourists, but was very easy to check in/store bags at check out. I had a renovated room which was fairly standard, but the bathroom kind of shocked me. The tub was not clean looking; they did have a mat so it worked out okay. But checking in I was not sure what I was getting into. Maid service...
