"The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. I had a problem with another hotel nearby so had to change hotels late at night. Your staff went beyond expectation to find a nice quiet room on the 25th floor. Amazing views and very spacious! "

"The overall atmosphere of the hotel was superb! I really like that it has a library. Other amenities such as sauna and gym are available too! However, as an Expedia platinum I didn't receive any VIP Perks or treatment. Hopefully expedia and the hotel work together more about this."

"The location is very convenient, close to everything. Room is clean, mattress is a little too firm for me. The mini bar is at my head level, I bumped my head and bleed!"
