Klint 5 km from Hechthausen: Riding stables and child friendly resort "Geesthof". Outside the resort, 5 km from the centre of Hechthausen, in a quiet position, 100 m from the lake, directly by the river, in the woods. For shared use: indoor pool (15 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 21.Dec. - 01.Jan. and 04.Apr. - 02.Nov.). In the complex: reception, restaurant, sauna (extra). Table tennis, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Supermarket 4 km, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Hechthausen" 5 km, diving center 7 km, bathing lake 100 m. Please note: car recommended. Entertainment in the season. The photograph shows a typical example. The Oste (a tributary of the Elbe with a large salmon population) runs along the edge of the holiday and camping complex. There is also an outdoor pool (15 x 6 m), volleyball and football pitch, several playgrounds, many green and play areas for shared use. Riding lessons for all ages and guided rides through a large adjacent forest area are available on request. If you would like to bring your own horses, the holiday park has horse boxes available for hire for a fee. Bicycles and go-karts can be hired for a fee. One visit to the indoor and outdoor pool area is included in the rental price per person. The restaurant and swimming pool are closed in the winter season.
