"I enjoyed my stay overall. When was supposed to leave I had a booked breakfast included in my hotel booking, I was supposed to leave early in order to catch my coach so I asked if o could get some rolls or something to go, I was told no I had to wait 25 minutes which means I would have missed my transport. I would like a refund for my missed breakfast."

"Stayed here for a couple of nights. Excellent value for money and a short walk from the train station. The check in was efficient and friendly. Room was warm and comfortable and very quiet. Didn't like the pillows as they weren't to my preference. Hotel is well situated and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. Free hot drinks in the bar was welcome. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Wouldn't hesitate to use again "

"this property is unique part Of Belgian history. they have done a wonderful job, turning the once jail into a comfy and stylish hotel. Surrounding area is lovely for walking. An easy train ride into the middle of Brussels. We would stay we are in the area"

"The bathroom could do with updating. A simple use of the silicon gun around the bath would make it look better. And please get rid of the paper cups!! Get proper mugs for tea and coffee. Pleased there is a bath. Food was excellent but restaurant only open after 6. Excellent location for the airport and good, free parking. Have stayed before and would stay again. Not much choice of food places nearby. "

"There were only three channels on the TV that were in English. None in German either. I wish I could have checked in earlier without fee but I had to wait until 1 pm. This is exactly what the check-in time was, so it's not like I expected earlier. Plus, they gave me free cappuchino."

"The property was great...but to checkin in the building across the road is strange! Even more so that you have to wake up in morning and cross the busy main road to get your morning breakfast...strange! "
