" The hotel is in a good location, and is ideal for the town centre, my satnav directed me to it with ease. Upon arrival, check in was quick and efficient. Initially I parked on street using the English language enabled parking meter and card payment. I then used the hotel car park, which was quite expensive, for our two day stay. "The Upstairs hotel was a very stylish and fun hotel just steps from the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful! One small point is if you do book one of the small/cheap rooms, they aren't easily accessible via the lifts. You will need to go down a couple of flights of stairs which can be tough with heavy luggage. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ostend!"

"Lovely hotel, very helpful staff, I asked for a couple of extra items and they were so accommodating. Beautiful old building but now done to the highest standards. Fabulous breakfast too. Bed very comfortable and bathroom very clean. This was my second visit. I hope to go there again soon. "
