"We stay here frequently... this is a great location close to Burnham Park and the Orchidarium. The Premier double room has a wonderful city view. I accidentally booked our room for the wrong date, but the front desk kindly fixed the error. My only real complaint is that you cannot use a debit or credit card at the front desk; those transactions must be paid online."

The place is kinda hard to find as there is not enough signs, and you can't see the hotel from the street (had to go thru a narrow st leading up to the hotel). Staffs are all very nice and attentive. Buffet breakfast is 5 star!!!👍"

"Staff were attentive! Breakfast was sumptuous! Room and linen were clean. The thermostat didn’t seem to be functioning as the room remained cold even as we tried to change the thermostat setting. For seniors like us, too many stairs to navigate to get to the 4th floor for breakfast. Nice choices for plated breakfast. "

"I love that it’s in a quiet street and seemingly situated in an idyllic, treed area yet very close to the busy and noisy Session Rd. The hotel room was amply provided with clean linen, comfy beds and the service exemplary from help with our luggage, front desk clerk and the dining room staff. One advice to the hotel: the main floor washroom for guests needs a makeover- a major one. If ever I get back to Baguio again, I may just stay here again."
