"Staff did not communicate with each other. I just checked in on my room when an old lady opened my door and went inside. It turns out, the old lady was a guest that checked out 2 hours ago but claimed she forgot something in the room. It seemed like they gave her a key card to access the room. They let someone have access to my room after I was checked in. Thankfully I was inside the room- who knows what that old lady would have done. My privacy and safety was at risk. "The accommodation is quite old already. Location is very convenient. Staff are nice. Service is good. We didnt encounter any problems. I think the place needs renovation already. "

"The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good."

"Very difficult to find. Not ready to accept guests as it is a house not renovated to be hotel-like. The receiving bench is covered with dirty linen/seat cover. The house is not attractive to guests. It was not designed to accomodate paying guests. The toilet is dirty although the water supply is good. The room is very hot, no ventilation. "

"We chose Lee Boutique Hotel to get away from the city and unwind. Peaceful location with an excellent restaurant about 100 meters away, also catch a jeepney from right outside, to get a ride into the city. Very clean newer hotel with great helpful staff."

"I booked this hotel on 8/24 for their Premium room for a family of six. When I got to the hotel, I was told that they dis not receive the information from Expedia and that the Premium room is not available and we were instead given a deluxe room. I don’t know why they call it a deluxe room because there’s nothing luxurious in that room. The room had a musty odor and the bedsheets were damp. "Terrible place to stay. Ac is not cooling properly, no water the next day and no parking!"

"As soon as we arrived and so the room that they provided, which is not the room I booked, we immediately went out in search of a different place to stay. The room they provided is ok at the most but the facilities is so dirty inclusing the bathroom, and the building itslef seems rickety and falling apart. It is even more expensive than the better accommodations we found."
